As per the earlier announcement, tariff duty on prepaid plans of Bharti Airtel (Bharti Airtel) has been increased from today. Needless to say, many customers are not happy with the company’s move. And so this time with one of its four prepaid plans, one of the most popular telecom companies in the country is trying to make its customers happy by deciding to provide 500 MB extra data every day for free. According to a report by Telecom Talk, this free data will be available on Airtel’s plans at Rs 265, Rs 299, Rs 619, and Rs 639 along with general recharge benefits. This change has already been listed on the company’s site, although it is not yet clear how long this offer will last. Let’s take a look at the details of these Airtel plans.
Airtel’s Rs 265 Taka 299 Taka 619 Taka and 639 Taka plans get an extra 500 MB of data
In general, Airtel’s Rs 265 plan provides 1 GB of data daily for a period of 28 days. Comes with unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day. On the other hand, by recharging Tk 299 and Tk 619 plans, customers will be able to use 1.5 GB of data, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS per day. The validity of these two plans will be 28 days and 64 days respectively. Similarly, the Rs 739 Airtel plan offers 2 GB of data per day, Truly Unlimited Calls, and 100 SMS daily, with a validity of 74 days.
Speaking of additional benefits, the four plans will offer a free trial of the mobile edition of Prime Video, a free subscription to Wink Music, access to Apollo 24/6 Circle, etc. From now on, customers will be able to consume more than 500 MB of data per day, even if the other benefits are the same if they recharge these four plans.
How long can an additional 500 MB of data be used?
According to Airtel’s website, customers need to use the ‘Airtel Thanks’ app to redeem additional data benefits. Additional data can only be used until the validity of the existing plan has expired. This means that once the validity of the four plans is over, the 500 MB data benefit will disappear immediately, whether you can finish it or not.
Note that Airtel’s plan to offer this extra data is not a new offer. Earlier, the company had similarly offered 500 MB of data with a plan priced at Rs 249.
